Trainer Profile:

Lelia Jennings, MISCP, Dip SHWW (Physiotherapy)

Lelia Jennings is a Chartered Physiotherapist who specialises in ergonomics and occupational health. She has a significant interest in the prevention of work related musculo-skeletal disorders (MSDs) in office workplaces.

Lelia is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, ‘Back Exchange’ in
the UK and the Irish Ergonomics & Human Factors Society. She is also a past chairperson of
the clinical interest group Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and
Ergonomics (CPOHE).

Occupational Physiotherapy Solutions (OPS) is a QQI quality assured company providing consultancy and training services in the areas of workplace ergonomics and occupational health.  OPS provide the ergonomic support programmes for a variety of technology and finance companies e.g. Google, Linked in, PayPal, Central Bank of Ireland.
