TOPIC: What Is AGILE , Why Is It Different To Traditional Project Management and The Best Framework For You.

When: Thursday June 3rd 2021
Time: 12.30 – 1.15

How Agile are You?
We are all aware we are operating in very unpredictable times. The status quo has been disrupted in complex ways and our traditional management toolkit is challenged. Radical alternatives to the traditional ways of working are needed to remain competitive and adapt to the new landscape we are working in.  Businesses who embrace Agile practices for project management incl. for software development, can gain a competitive advantage, leading to an organisation that is working better, smarter and faster.

Adopting an Agile mindset and associated behaviours allows organizations to respond to changing market conditions and customer needs through incremental, iterative work resulting in reduced financial risk, by validating ideas before investing heavily.

The Future of Content
3D digital media technologies such as Augmented Reality are at the early stages of a global market development that over the next five years will have a profound impact on the way we use, consume and capture media. However, one of the biggest roadblocks for AR to become the next computing platform is user-generated content: there is no way for users to create content for AR. In this talk, we will discuss the different alternatives to bring real humans to AR, and what are the efforts to make this as affordable and accessible as possible.
