- Visualisation of the work, with focus on end-to-end delivery (Kanban) & Journey Mapping
- Concept of MVP (minimal viable product)
Course Trainer – Joanna Koprowicz
Joanna Koprowicz is an Agile – Lean consultant, who is an expert in Business Agility, Agile-Lean Transformation and Development of High Performing Agile Teams. With a background in technology and business, she developed a career in consulting and leadership development, working on bringing a positive change across a wide range of organisations, sectors and cultures. Joanna has worked with organizations in the following industries; gaming, aviation, e-learning, tourism and travel and financial sector incl. banking and insurance.
This course is aimed at individuals within the Immersive Technologies industry who wish to be more effective with their communication skills and improve productivity and engagement in their teams. Covid 19 has had a major impact on our communication – we need to adapt and use tools to aid creative brainstorming. You will identify strategies to deal with the current adversity and develop skills that will enable you to be more effective in your communication. This will enable you to have a deeper understanding of the importance of human connectedness in delivering on key projects. This course is suitable for individuals who are passionate and take responsibility for their self- development while nurturing talent in others.
