Public Speaking, Storytelling, Pitching, Leading – all enriched by the art of the performance!
Established in 2011, the LIR Academy is synonymous with professional training in acting, voice, movement, stage management, stage construction, scenic art, lighting, sound, costume, playwriting, theatre directing and stage design.
It was founded through the generosity of the Cathal Ryan Trust working with Trinity college Dublin and is associated with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA).
Offering a range of undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses to the theatre, film, TV and immersive industries, the LIR believes voice and movement training are core elements of any performance, whether in the creative arts or in the business arena.
The LIR Academy is a registered charity. All profits are ploughed back into ongoing programme development. By booking courses, clients are directly supporting arts education in Ireland.
The following 2 x day workshops have been designed for those who ‘perform’ daily as business owners, leaders and innovators. So whether you are pitching an idea to your team, or your business to a panel of investors, this series is designed to bolster confidence and help you tell the right story!

FEES PER WORKSHOP: €450 per participant

Minimum numbers are required to run. You will be contacted for payment once numbers are reached.
IMPORTANT: IMTS Subsidised places are open to Irish based Enterprise, SMEs and sole traders only. Companies and sole traders outside the ROI do not qualify for the Immersive Technologies Skillnet subsidised workshop.
Once confirmed and payment is made, fees cannot be refunded if places are cancelled. However, places can be transferred to another participant up to 24hrs in advance of commencement date.
Enrolling Multiple Participants: If you would like to pay for more than 1 participant to attend, please ask them to register individually. You can then contact manager@immersivetechnologiesskillnet.ie with details for invoice.
